Consultation & Quote

We'll help you choose the right printing method based on your design complexity, garment type, and quantity. Within 24 hours, you'll receive a detailed quote including all costs, timelines, and available options.
Mockup & Approval
Before we print anything, you'll see exactly how your design will look. Our design team creates a digital mockup showing the placement, size, and colors on your chosen garment. This is your chance to request adjustments — and we don't move to production until you're completely satisfied with the preview.
Production
Once approved, your order moves to our production floor. Depending on the printing method and order size, production typically takes 5-10 business days. For DTG orders, we can often complete them faster. During production, we follow strict quality control protocols, checking each print for color accuracy, registration, and durability.
Quality Check & Delivery
Every garment is inspected before packaging. We verify colors match the approved mockup, prints are fully cured, and garments are free of defects. Your order is then carefully packaged and shipped with tracking information provided. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Estimated Timelines by Service
DTG Printing
Since there's no setup required for DTG, turnaround is fast. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after approval.
Screen Printing
Screen setup takes 1-2 days, followed by production. Larger orders may require additional time for curing and quality checks.
Embroidery
Digitizing designs and setting up machines takes 1-2 days. Production is then quick for most orders.
