DTG orders typically ship in 3-5 business days after approval. Screen printing takes 7-14 business days depending on order size and complexity. Embroidery usually takes 5-10 business days. Rush options are available for most services for an additional fee — contact us for specific deadline needs.

Yes! Our design team offers free assistance to help prepare your artwork for printing. This includes basic color adjustments, file format conversions, and placement recommendations. If you need a completely new design created, we offer design services at competitive rates.

Absolutely. We recommend ordering a sample pack or a single proof shirt before committing to a large order. Samples cost the same as production shirts but allow you to verify colors, placement, and quality before going full-scale.

We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) as well as high-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG) at 300 DPI or higher. For best results, provide files at or larger than the intended print size. Our team can help optimize lower-resolution files if needed.

Yes, we can match Pantone (PMS) colors for screen printing and embroidery. For DTG, we use a CMYK process, so exact Pantone matching isn't always possible, but we get very close. Color matching is free on screen print orders of 50+ pieces.

Yes, we source blank garments from trusted brands including Next Level, Bella+Canvas, Port Authority, and more. If you prefer to provide your own garments, we can print on them. Just note that we can't guarantee quality on outside garments, so we recommend ordering a test run first.

If there's an issue with print quality or accuracy that doesn't match the approved proof, we'll reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a refund. We stand behind our work. However, we're not responsible for customer-supplied artwork errors or garments provided by the customer.
