1. Our Commitment to Quality
We stand behind the quality of our printing and embroidery work. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we want to make it right. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives products that meet their expectations.
2. Quality Issues
If your order arrives with printing defects, incorrect colors, or other quality issues that don't match the approved proof, we will reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund. You must report any quality issues within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Wrong Order Received
In the rare event that you receive the wrong items or quantities, please contact us immediately with photos of what you received. We will ship the correct items to you at our expense or provide a full refund for the incorrect items.
4. Customer Error
If an issue arises from artwork you provided (such as low-resolution images, spelling errors, or design choices you made), we will work with you to find a solution. Additional reprinting fees may apply for corrections to customer-supplied content.
5. Garment Issues
For garments we supply, we use quality blanks from trusted brands. If a garment has a manufacturing defect (seam failure, color defect, etc.), we will replace the garment at no cost. Normal wear and tear is not covered. If you provide your own garments, we cannot offer refunds for garment-related issues.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled before production begins will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after production has started but before shipping may be subject to a processing fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on correctly printed orders. If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind about a design, we cannot provide a refund. We strongly recommend ordering samples before large orders to ensure satisfaction.
8. Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and ship replacement items to you at no cost.
9. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
10. How to Request a Refund or Reprint
Contact us with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day with a resolution plan.
